Digital proof sent to your email for approval. Our design team ensures everything is perfectly aligned before we move to print.
2️⃣ Step 2: Expert Production — 3 Business Days
Once you approve the proof, your order is printed, coated, and die-cut using industrial-grade vinyl. This process takes 3 business days.
3️⃣ Step 3: Tracked Delivery — 7 to 10 Days
Your order is securely packed and shipped via premium courier partners. Estimated transit time to your doorstep is 7 to 10 business days.

Professional Production Hub
At Vinyl Rhino, we operate our own specialized production center in Foshan, China—a global hub for high-end printing technology. This allows us to provide professional-grade stickers at competitive prices without compromising on quality.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (DDP)
For US-based customers, standard orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means import taxes and customs duties are handled by us; you will NOT be required to pay additional fees to receive your package.
📦 Logistics & Restrictions
Split Shipments
To ensure protection and comply with logistical weight limits, larger orders may be split into multiple packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each. No additional charges apply.
Shipping Exclusions
We ship to 51 core US states and districts. However, we DO NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
