2. Custom Artwork & Intellectual Property

When you upload artwork, designs, or logos for customization, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content or have received professional permission to use it.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the artwork you submit. Vinyl Rhino does not pre-screen all designs.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Vinyl Rhino harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from any copyright or trademark infringement related to your submitted artwork.
• Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that we deem hateful, illegal, or in clear violation of intellectual property rights.

3. The Proof Approval Process

For every custom order, we provide a digital proof within 24 hours. Production only begins after your final approval.

• Finality: Once you approve the digital proof, the order is considered "locked" for production. We are not responsible for any spelling, design, or layout errors that were visible in the approved proof.
• Color Accuracy: We strive for maximum color precision using CMYK standards. However, slight variations may occur between on-screen digital proofs and the final printed product due to monitor calibration.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. Your payment is processed securely via encrypted gateways at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped from our specialized hub in Foshan, China. The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. While we provide estimated delivery dates (typically 7-10 days), these are not guaranteed due to potential carrier or customs delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vinyl Rhino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China, the jurisdiction in which our parent company, Foshan Anpais Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., is registered.
