Ordering & Process
How does the ordering process work?
Simply upload your artwork and place your order. Our design team will review your file and email you a digital proof within 24 hours. Production starts only after you give the final approval.
Can I change my order after placing it?
You can make changes to your artwork during the proofing stage. Once you approve the final proof and production begins, we can no longer accept changes or cancellations.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer significant tier-based discounts for large quantities. The more you order, the lower the price per sticker. Contact us for custom quotes over 5,000 units.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity varies by product type but generally starts as low as 10-50 units to support creators and small brands.
Durability & Quality
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. All Vinyl Rhino stickers are 100% waterproof. They are engineered to survive rain, snow, and even dishwasher cycles without peeling or fading.
Are they UV resistant for outdoor use?
Absolutely. We use professional-grade UV-protective laminates that prevent fading under direct sunlight for years, making them perfect for cars, boats, and outdoor signage.
Can I write on my stickers?
Our matte-finish stickers can be written on with permanent markers. Glossy stickers are more difficult to write on due to their protective coating.
Will they leave a residue when removed?
We use high-quality removable adhesive. Most of our stickers will peel off cleanly without leaving sticky residue on smooth surfaces like glass or laptops.
Artwork & Design
What file types do you accept?
We prefer vector formats like AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG. However, we also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG, and TIFF files (300+ DPI recommended).
Can you help me with a custom shape?
Yes! Our "Rhino-Cut" team can create a custom die-cut path around any design for free. Just upload your artwork, and we'll handle the rest.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
After your proof is approved, production takes 3 business days. Standard shipping to the USA typically takes 7-10 business days. Shipping is FREE on all US orders.
What if I'm not happy with my stickers?
If there is a manufacturing defect or the product differs from your approved proof, we will reprint your order or issue a full refund within our 30-day guarantee.
