Detailed Shipping Process

At Vinyl Rhino, we operate our own specialized production center in Foshan, China—a global hub for high-end printing technology. This allows us to provide professional-grade stickers at competitive prices without compromising on quality.

Step 1: Design Verification
Within 24 hours of placing your order, our design team will review your artwork and send a digital proof to your registered email. We ensure everything is perfectly aligned before we print.

Step 2: Rhino-Tough Production
Once you approve the proof, your order enters our production queue. It takes 3 business days to print, coat, and die-cut your stickers using our industrial-grade vinyl materials.

Step 3: Global Transit
Your order is securely packed and shipped via our premium courier partners. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched.

Split Shipments

To ensure your custom stickers arrive in pristine condition and to comply with international courier size, weight, and logistical limitations, larger orders may be split into multiple packages. If your order is split, we will ship them in separate batches, and you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions

We provide free standard shipping to 51 core states and districts within the United States. However, due to logistical limitations and high transit costs, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or the following U.S. territories: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Product Intended Use & Compliance

All products manufactured by Vinyl Rhino are intended for professional branding, commercial labeling, and adult decorative use only. Our stickers and transfers are not designed or intended for use by children aged 12 and under. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the products will be used in a manner consistent with their professional design. For UV DTF transfers, we recommend application to the exterior surface of drinkware only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

Customs & Duties

For US-based customers, standard orders are shipped via specialized DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) channels. This means that import taxes and customs duties are handled by our logistics partners prior to delivery, and you will not be required to pay additional fees to receive your package. For exceptionally large commercial orders requiring formal entry, our support team will assist with any necessary documentation.
